Time Management

My all time favorite time management system is the Planner Pad.

I have tried many planners over the years and this is planner that I always come back to.

Hands down!

You can add extra pockets for your documents as well as monthly tabs.

I personally use the spiral bound however it is available in loose leaf if you prefer notebook style.

How It Works -

First be sure to go into section 3 and schedule all of your appointments and non-negotiables for the week.

Next

  1. In the top section, categorize all of the things that you need to do for the week. For Example: Blog Post Ideas, Product Post, Business, Travel, Personal Appointments, Ball Games, Etc.

  2. In the middle section, move items from section one down to the day you want to get them done.

  3. Schedule them in on your daily plan around your appointments and non negotables.

Pros: Seven Full Days on two page spread with appointment times from 7am to 9pm

Room for Notes/Calls and Expenses. Full page Monthly Calendar and 2 pages for Notes if you opt to add the monthly tabs.

Cons: Pages are thin so if you are using a highlighter for color coding be sure to get the highlighters that will not bleed through.

Please note that the links to items recommended are underlined. The links lead to Amazon, orders, returns, reviews for products and anything else under the sun, moon and stars are not the responsibility of Renee Melby, or reneemelby.com. These statements are simply advising readers what I love and providing a link where I purchase these products so that if you are interested you may find them the same place I purchase them.

Also know that I do earn a small commission on some of the links provided. Not all, but some.
